What we do with the details you send.
This notice covers the quotation form, the WhatsApp link and the location map on this site. It is written for business buyers: we use your details to answer one enquiry, not to build a marketing list.
Who is responsible for your details
WorkGlovesFactory is the trading name used on this site. The business address is Group 48, Yudang Village, Juegang Town, Rudong County, Nantong City, Jiangsu Province, China 226400.
What the quotation form collects
The form asks for your name, company, the email address you want the reply sent to, the destination country or port, the glove family, the quantity, the size ratio and any task notes you choose to write. The fields marked required are the minimum needed to price a glove; everything else is optional.
What the WhatsApp link collects
The WhatsApp button opens a chat in your own WhatsApp application with a prefilled message. Nothing is sent until you press send, and the conversation is then handled under WhatsApp's own terms. We keep the chat only for the length of the enquiry and the order that follows from it.
Why we use the details
To reply to your enquiry, to prepare a quotation and a counter-sample, and to keep a record of what was agreed if an order follows. We do not add form submissions to a newsletter, and we do not sell or rent contact details to anyone.
Who processes the details
Three services sit between you and us, and each one only receives what it needs to do its job:
The quotation form is delivered by Formspree, which passes the submission to our sales inbox and does not use it for its own marketing. The site is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, which keeps standard request logs such as IP address, browser and the page requested. Google Maps is embedded on the contact page only, and it loads when you open that page.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies, and there is no tracking pixel. The embedded Google Map on the contact page may set its own cookies once it loads; if you prefer to avoid that, use the address text and the "Open in Google Maps" link instead, which opens a normal page in a new tab.
How long we keep it
Quotation correspondence is kept for up to 24 months so that a repeat enquiry does not start from zero. If an order follows, the commercial documents are kept for as long as accounting and export rules require, which is normally longer than the correspondence itself.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask for the enquiry to be deleted. Send the request through the quotation form and mark it as a privacy request; we answer within 30 days. If a request conflicts with a record we are required to keep for an order, we will tell you which part we cannot remove and why.
Changes to this notice
If the form, the hosting or the processors change, this page changes with them. The date at the top of the page is the date of the last revision.
