How an order runs

Four steps, no surprises

The expensive mistakes on glove orders happen before production starts: the wrong coating, the wrong size ratio, or a sample that was never written down.

01

Send the task, not a product name

Describe the hazard and the handling: what is being lifted, how wet or oily it is, whether there is heat, cut risk or vibration. If you already buy a glove, send a sample or the spec and we work from that.

02

Counter-sample with the spec written down

We match liner, gauge, coating, finish and size grading, then send a sample with a spec sheet and a packaging mock-up. Nothing goes to bulk until that sample is approved in writing.

03

Bulk against the approved sample

Production runs against the same sheet, so the second order matches the first. Size ratios are packed per carton rather than flat, so each site receives the mix it actually uses.

04

Photographs before the cartons close

Every order is photographed packed and labelled before dispatch. If something is not what you approved, it is cheaper to find that in our warehouse than in yours.

Built around the shift

A construction crew, a pick-and-pack floor and a service van each destroy gloves in a different place. These pages start from the work.

Key facts

What you can quote against

Quotations are built from the same terms every time, so the numbers you plan around do not move between the sample and the bulk run.

Straight answers

Questions buyers ask first

Minimums, samples, private label and what arrives with an order. If your question is about a specific style, send the spec and we answer with the sample plan.

What is the minimum order for work gloves?

500 pairs per style and colour. Sizes are packed in the ratio you use rather than flat, so each carton arrives with a workable mix. Different styles can ship together, but each style and colour carries its own 500-pair minimum.

How long do samples and bulk orders take?

A counter-sample takes 7–10 days from the confirmed spec. Bulk production runs 20–30 days after you approve that sample in writing.

Can you make gloves under our own brand?

Yes. Logo print, woven or printed labels, hang tags, poly bags and carton marks are part of the private label programme, from 500 pairs per style.

Do you supply medical or examination gloves?

No. Our disposable nitrile is industrial grade or food contact grade. Medical and examination gloves are outside the range we supply.

What does a quotation include?

Unit price at your quantity, the sample plan, packaging options and the Incoterms you asked for (FOB, CIF or DDP). Branding and carton work are shown separately so you can see where the cost sits.

How do we choose the right cut level?

Start from the task: what is being handled, how sharp it is, whether the hand is wet or oily, and how much grip the job needs. A2 to A6 covers most handling work; the final level is confirmed on the sample you approve.

What comes with an order?

A written spec sheet tied to the approved sample, a material certificate (MTR) on request, and photographs of the packed and labelled cartons before dispatch.

Next step

Send your spec. Get samples and a landed price.

Share the glove type, liner and coating, quantities and destination. We reply with the sample plan, unit price at your quantity and the packaging options for your market.
