Industrial & food grade · 3–5 mil
Powder-free nitrile film for workshops, food handling and cleaning — industrial or food grade, in 3, 4 and 5 mil.
Disposable nitrile gloves are film gloves, not knitted work gloves. They are used for short tasks where the hand needs a clean barrier and full feel: food preparation, light maintenance, cleaning, hair and beauty, and handling small components that must not be contaminated.
We supply industrial-grade and food-contact nitrile in 3, 4 and 5 mil, powder-free, in standard and extended cuffs. Thicker film resists tearing and punctures better but reduces feel; 4 mil is the usual compromise for workshop and food use.
Specify by use, not by the word nitrile. Industrial-grade gloves are thicker and more tear resistant and suit grease, paint and general handling; food-contact gloves are made on a dedicated line and are the correct choice where the hand touches food directly. Neither is a medical or examination glove, and we do not supply those. Tell us the wall thickness you need, the cuff length, and whether powder-free matters for your task, and we will quote the right grade rather than the cheapest box.

3 mil for feel and short tasks, 4 mil for general use, 5 mil for heavier handling and longer wear. Thicker is not always better if dexterity is the point.
Powder-free film avoids residue on parts and food. Nitrile also avoids the latex protein issue for users with latex sensitivity.

Questions buyers ask
If your question is about a specific style, send the spec and we will answer with the sample plan instead of a generic reply.
No. This range is industrial and food-contact disposable nitrile. It is not intended for medical examination, surgery or clinical use, and we do not supply it for those applications.
Nitrile avoids the latex protein issue and resists oils and fats better than vinyl. For food contact, specify the food-grade film and confirm the use with your own food-safety process.
Yes. Box printing and custom cartons are available, typically from 10 cartons per size. The film itself is not printed.
Keep boxes closed, away from direct sunlight and heat. Nitrile film degrades with prolonged UV and ozone exposure, so rotate stock and use older cartons first.
