Work Glove Manufacturer

A factory that knits, dips, cuts and sews under one roof — so the liner, coating and fit are controlled by the same team.

Overview

Why the process is kept together

A work glove manufacturer runs a long process for a small product: yarn, knitting, coating, curing, cutting, sewing, pairing and packing. When those steps sit in different factories, the liner that arrives is not always the liner that was quoted, and the size grading drifts between batches.

What that control changes for a buyer

We keep the core steps together. That lets us control gauge, coating weight and size consistency, and it lets us make a counter-sample quickly when a buyer needs a specific liner or palm. It also means we can say no to a request we cannot build well, instead of outsourcing it and hoping.

Reviewed · Specs confirmed on the approved sample

01

One team, one spec

Knitting, dipping, cutting and sewing are coordinated against the same approved sample, so a reorder matches the first order instead of drifting.

02

Counter-samples, not catalogues

Send a glove you use today. We match the build and send a counter-sample in 7–10 days, with the differences written down so you can judge them.

03

Private label as standard

Logo, label, color and packaging are part of the normal order flow, not a separate project. Artwork is approved before bulk.

Questions buyers ask

Straight answers

If your question is about a specific style, send the spec and we will answer with the sample plan instead of a generic reply.

Are you a factory or a trading company?

We are a manufacturer with knitting, dipping, cutting and sewing coordinated in-house. If a request falls outside our lines, we say so rather than passing it to an unknown subcontractor.

How do we start a first order?

Send the glove type, quantity, destination and any sample you already use. We reply with a shortlist, sample plan and indicative price. A counter-sample follows once the build is agreed.

Can you handle our packaging and carton marks?

Yes — printed polybags, header cards, hang tags, size stickers and carton marks. Send artwork in AI or PDF and we return a mock-up for approval before production.

What information do you need for a quotation?

Glove type or current sample, target quantity, sizes and ratio, destination port or door, and any branding or packaging requirement. With those five points we can quote without a round of questions. Anything else can follow once the numbers are in front of you.

Next step

Send your spec. Get samples and a landed price.

Share the glove type, liner and coating, quantities and destination. We reply with the sample plan, unit price at your quantity and the packaging options for your market.
